Yesterday was a dismal wash-out. A super-sized dreary day that felt black and blue, inside and out. I took care of some of the to-do list, choosing the things I least wanted to do since it was a yucky day no matter what. Had to make it count for something. I always think of that expression "Feeling blue, get up and do." I got up and did.
When most of that was done, I settled down with the stitch basket and finished up this new bunny. Amazing how something so little could offer so much relief. For me, it was like tumbling down a rabbit hole (pun intended) into a world full of color and happiness. Always works for me. Tweak that saying some .... "Feel like you'll break, sit down and make."
Bunny saved my no-good, very bad day. I'm grateful.
February is over. The sun is shining today. Colder out, but everything is warmer.
