My friend Jane adopted Maggie's cat, Roxie, when Maggie moved to Lake Tahoe years ago. Maggie's back now, but Roxie still lives the good life with Jane. Recently, I had the pleasure of cat-sitting Roxie.
Jane has some tumbling shrub roses along the driveway. Couldn't resist bringing some indoors.
