Another luminous spring morning here. I couldn't resist taking advantage of the light and prettiness to show you these kits coming together. These are for the Travel Tray class at MEHC Workshops.
My generous and talented friend, Anna Griffin sent me a beautiful collection of her papers and millinery flowers for the kits. Love these!
Today I'm going to assemble the instructions and more vintage images to work into the project. This is one of my favorites from our family album. That's Andy's mother, Betty (tallest child on the right) with her parents, sister and brothers. Grandfather Will was Andy's hero. The stories about him are woven deeply into the dinner table legends here. When you are in class and I'm rambling on about whatever, ask me to tell you about the time he took Andy to lunch in the city.
Planning some sweet give-aways for you, my blog friends. Stay tuned.
