UPS is holding the trucks today (um, no, not really) until I get my boxes on board for shipping to Omaha and Silver Bella. How could it be that with all this time to prep ahead, I'm here at the last minute scrambling to get it out? It's touchy scheduling so the boxes arrive in time for classes, but not so early that the hotel misplaces them before I get there.

But these are so danged pretty- in large part, thanks to my wonderfully generous friend, Anna Griffin. Her papers, embellishments and ribbons are gorgeous additions. My friends at Plaid also wowed me with a huge sponsorship of paint and decorative materials. That part is already waiting for me out in Omaha (thanks, Teresa!). Marcus Brothers came through with beautiful hand-dyed fabrics. Such an inspired, colorful bundle of sweets. Can't wait to start making art with the girls at Silver Bella- just one week away! xoC
